The past year has made it incredibly difficult for organizations to execute their various plans (strategic, departmental, or project) effectively. However, even in light of those issues, it’s still possible to create a planning process that leads to the effectual execution of your organizational goals.
During this webinar, you will:
- Learn specific, pragmatic planning techniques that lead to high levels of plan execution even with limited resources
- Understand the impact Targeted Change Management can have on your planning efforts
- Learn how a purpose-built system can improve performance within your organization
Watch this webinar recording as we discuss some of the challenges the state and local government have faced over the past year. Several of these challenges include reduced budgets, reduced staff, and less time.
Joe Krause, VP of Customer Engagement, and Amanda Cyr, Senior Account Executive, share insights on how many state and local government clients found a way to execute their plans by leveraging both purpose-built technology and deploying Targeted Change Management as their tools of choice.
