Currently, they manage and oversee more than $305 billion in assets for clients around the world. And their Operations team specifically manages all the projects coming in and distributes based on priority to their appropriate IT business partners.

BIG CHALLENGE

But with a success and growth, change management was the only constant. To track and monitor key projects and processes, Baird used SharePoint and Excel spreadsheets. While manageable for simple tasks, these processes weren’t ideal to enable efficient business growth. In particular, visibility across the department the Operations team supported was challenging. Getting everyone within the organization to buy into key process and see the big picture of all the initiatives was a major obstacle faced daily.
