AchieveIt is one of the highest-scoring businesses on the list, with standout employee engagement
ATLANTA – AchieveIt Online, LLC, a leading provider of cloud-based enterprise software for planning and execution, has been named to Inc. magazine’s annual list of the Best Workplaces for 2021. Hitting newsstands May 18 in the May/June 2021 issue and as part of a prominent Inc.com feature, the list is the result of a wide-ranging and comprehensive measurement of American companies that have created exceptional workplaces and company culture whether teams are operating in person or remotely.
AchieveIt, an Atlanta-based company, is dedicated to helping organizational leaders execute their most important initiatives with their plan execution platform and customer engagement team.
Collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. singled out 429 honorees this year. Each nominated company took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, on topics including management effectiveness, perks, and fostering employee growth. The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine the company’s overall score and ranking.
“I am so proud of how the team quickly rallied as we had to make work-from-home adjustments. From making sure they showed up for virtual ‘events’, to increasing their communication with each other and being creative in assisting customers, the entire team ensured we remained connected, productive, and supportive of each other,” said Christy Johnson, CEO at AchieveIt. “Being selected by Inc. for their Best Workplace list is a tribute to the collective team’s efforts!”
“The definition of a positive workplace has changed drastically over the past year,” says Inc. magazine editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. “Stocked fridges and nap pods were no longer perks many companies could rely on once work went remote. So, this year’s list is even more important as it reveals organizations that continue to enrich the lives of their employees amid a pandemic.”
While the team couldn’t interact in person for most of 2020, it didn’t stop everyone from finding creative, remote activities. Below are pictures from AchieveIt’s Sip ‘n Stroke Paint Event and Murder Mystery Zoom.
AchieveIt is the platform that large organizations use to get their biggest, most important initiatives out of the boardroom and into reality. Too many great ideas never quite make it across the finish line, because there’s no real way to keep everyone on course and keep everything on track.
