What’s Happening at AchieveIt in January 2014

It is a new year for everyone, and in the AchieveIt offices we have used the momentum of a fresh, clean slate to help us get crankin’ on some of our strategic goals and objectives for 2014. It is only the end of January, and we have already unveiled some important changes and two new versions (4.12 & 4.13) with updates to our software.

Clients now have:

  • Ability to batch edit your Objectives and Tactics
  • Ability to add files to the Objective level
  • Projects Summary screen with status lights
  • Powerful filtering on the Full Plan screen
  • Adjusted Completion calculation
  • Ability to update all assignments from TrackIt
  • Ability to turn off and remove unused menus

We’ve also restructured our team meetings; now we meet Monday mornings and each department gives an update on what they are working on and important to-do’s for the week. This shines a light on each department’s productivity and output, while helping the organization as a whole see how each team’s pieces come together to make the entire AchieveIt puzzle.

We are also revamping the look and feel of our marketing collateral, particularly when it comes to our “new” department. That’s right folks, Client Engagement is now Customer Success! Along with the snazzy new name comes brand new materials for clients that we hope to unveil soon.

Oh, and we also all survived the Atlanta Snowpocalypse. Perhaps you heard about it on the news?

We here at AchieveIt all made it home without incident, although our graphic designer, Darrell, took home the award for “Stuck in traffic the longest” at 13 hours.

Suffice to say, it has been a very productive and eventful new year so far.

How is your organization coming along with those strategic initiatives?
